Health First is seeking a compassionate APRN to join our growing Bariatric & Weight
Management team!
Whether you’re an experienced APRN or a newer provider looking to grow your skills, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives while working in a supportive outpatient setting.
Our APRNs care for patients throughout their medical weight-loss journey, providing personalized treatment, education, monitoring, and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with patients as they develop sustainable strategies for improving their health and achieving their weight-loss goals.
• Manage patients using GLP-1 medications and other appropriate weight-loss therapies with Health First’s NewFit Program
• Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and medication management
• Provide education, encouragement, and compassionate guidance throughout the weight-loss journey
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
• Build lasting relationships with patients and help them achieve meaningful health goals
• No practice call
• Approximately 15–20 patients per day
• Outpatient-focused practice environment
• Opportunity to work with both new and experienced APRNs
• Be part of a growing program focused on improving patients’ health and quality of life
