As an essential division of the Health First integrated delivery network (IDN), Health First Medical Group serves the Space Coast through community, specialty, and hospital care – including over 500 providers, four hospitals, the region’s only Level II trauma center, and our innovative emergency transport helicopter system, First Flight.
Our providers work together to offer a seamless delivery of integrated care for our patients. As an IDN, we offer what our patients need, when and where they need it. From physicians’ offices to hospitals, urgent care centers to clinics, and outpatient services to our fitness center, we work together to serve our neighbors well.

Health First serves patients and their loved ones, as well as Health First Health Plans members, on the Space Coast of Central Florida. Our Health Plans insurance coverage includes Brevard, Indian River, Flagler, Seminole, and Volusia counties, and is currently expanding into five additional counties, growing our reach from coast to coast in Central Florida. Our comprehensive services and care include:

Company History
Since 1937, we’ve been dedicated to improving the wellness and health of our neighbors in Brevard County. What began as a single 27-bed hospital has grown into a comprehensive system, including four hospitals, Health First Health Plans, our Health First Medical Group, and Outpatient Wellness services.
