Position Overview:

• Position: Certified Nurse Midwife
• Location: Hollywood, CA
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: Flexible; some evening shifts required
• Base Salary: $135,000 - 165,000/year

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide prenatal, postpartum, gynecologic, family planning, and preventive women's health services.
• Perform colposcopies, cervical biopsies, ECC, and related procedures.
• Interpret abnormal Pap results and develop appropriate follow-up plans.
• Diagnose and manage common gynecologic and reproductive health conditions.
• Perform basic obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound procedures.
• Provide contraceptive counseling, menopause/perimenopause management, and patient education.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs and multidisciplinary care teams on complex cases.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide culturally competent, trauma-informed care to diverse and underserved patients.
• Mentor clinical staff on reproductive health best practices.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse-Midwifery program.
• Current AMCB-certified CNM credential.
• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Current DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Basic OB/GYN ultrasound skills.
• Colposcopy training/certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2+ years of CNM experience preferred; qualified new graduates welcome.
• Strong colposcopy and gynecologic procedural skills.
