Certified Nurse Midwife — Laborist | East Texas (1.5 Hrs from Dallas)
Looking for a CNM who wants real autonomy, a true laborist schedule, and a caseload that actually lets you practice midwifery the way it's meant to be practiced? This is our opportunity.
We're seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join a hospital-based laborist team in East Texas — close enough to Dallas for a weekend trip, far enough to escape the traffic and the price tag.
The Schedule:
- 7–10 shifts per month, each a 24-hour block
- Laborist model — you're on for labor and delivery coverage, full stop
- Clinic work is available if you want it on your off days, but it's never required. Work the shifts, go live your life.
The Role:
- Full scope laborist coverage at the hospital
- Experienced CNMs only — this is not an entry-level post
- Supportive OB team and a hospital that values midwifery care
