Join TMC Health's growing OB Triage Team as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
This is a unique inpatient opportunity for an experienced CNM seeking a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with primarily day shifts and no nights or weekends. You'll work collaboratively with an experienced OB Hospitalist team providing comprehensive triage care for obstetric patients in a supportive clinical environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $128,000-$140,000

Job Responsibilities
• Provide OB triage evaluations for patients at 20+ weeks gestation
• Perform and interpret non-stress tests (NSTs)
• Evaluate and manage pregnancy-related concerns
• Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Qualifications
• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Current Arizona RN and APRN licensure (or eligibility)
• AMCB Certification
• DEA License or ability to obtain
• Minimum two years of experience in a high-volume OB Hospitalist program preferred
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
