Certified Nurse Midwife / CNM

Compensation:

• Base salary: $140, 000–$145, 000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus: $26.00 per wRVU, no cap
• Signing bonus: $5, 000
• CME/board certification allowance: $3, 500

• Practice across two clinic locations in Findlay and Bluffton
• Weekday schedule: two 8-hour clinic days plus one 24-hour call day, with OB hospitalist support
• Weekend call: 1: 4 rotation (Friday/Saturday)
• Deliveries take place at a hospital located off I-75, about 45 minutes south of Toledo
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations valued
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-based model
• Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment

Requirements:

• Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
