Job Responsibilities
• Manage patient care throughout pregnancy and childbirth
• Perform patient assessments, education, counseling, and follow-up care
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and healthcare team members
• Participate in deliveries and shared call coverage
• Develop strong relationships with patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records
• Support a patient-centered approach to women’s healthcare
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for New York State licensure
• Strong obstetric and women’s health background preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led practice
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
Working Hours
Schedule includes:
• Flexible office scheduling
• Shared 24-hour call rotation
• Approximately 1 weekday call rotation every 5 weeks
• One weekend call responsibility per month
