A well-established private OB/GYN practice in Upstate New York is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive women's healthcare.
This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The practice provides full-spectrum women's healthcare, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services across multiple office locations with modern technology and an established patient base.

Job Responsibilities
Manage low-risk pregnancies and collaborate with OB/GYN physicians for high-risk patients.
Perform routine women's wellness examinations and patient education.
Participate in labor and delivery care.
Document patient encounters using the electronic medical record system.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and ancillary teams.
Participate in a shared call rotation.
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while fostering strong patient relationships.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for New York licensure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach
Commitment to providing high-quality women's healthcare
Working Hours
Flexible office scheduling
Shared 24-hour call rotation
One weekday call rotation (approximately 1:5)
One weekend of call per month
