$90,000–$105,000 + Full Benefits + 15k Sign On Bonus and 5k Relocation
Position Overview
Oswego County OB-GYN is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join its collaborative and established private practice team in beautiful Upstate New York.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, physician assistants, and women’s health providers within a highly respected community-focused practice.
Practice Environment
- Private OB/GYN practice
- 425 annual deliveries
- Full-spectrum women’s healthcare
- Three office locations
- GE 4D Ultrasound onsite
- Greenway EMR platform
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Midwife
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for NY licensure
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Schedule & Coverage
- Shared 24-hour in-house call schedule
- One-in-five weekday call rotation
- One weekend per month
- Flexible office scheduling available
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000–$100,000 compensation range + 15k Sign On Bonus and 5k Relocation
