Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - Findlay, OH

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to women across all stages of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and outpatient women’s health needs. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule & Call Structure:

• Weekdays: Two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with support.
• Weekends: Manageable 1:4 call rotation (Friday/Saturday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical care for women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery.
• Manage outpatient OB/GYN patients, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures with demonstrated technical competency.
• Provide counseling and education regarding prenatal care, perinatal education, and available community resources.
• Apply specialized knowledge in prenatal care interventions, including diabetes management and substance use considerations.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
• Board Certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).
• Active RN and APRN/CNM license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Clean malpractice and professional license history.
• Commitment to a permanent, full-time position.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $140,000 – $145,000 (Includes 200 hours of vacation/CME time).
• Productivity Bonus: $26.00 per wRVU (Uncapped).
• Signing Bonus: $5,000.
• CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 annually.
