Position Overview

An established women's health practice in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. The incoming provider will deliver comprehensive care to women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and routine gynecologic visits while working alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care.

• Manage outpatient OB/GYN patient visits and follow-up care.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions affecting women.

• Counsel and educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, family planning, and overall wellness.

• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Demonstrate expertise in the medical management of pregnant patients.

• Utilize community resources and referral networks to support patient care.

• Provide guidance related to perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations during pregnancy.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence.

Schedule

• Two 8-hour outpatient clinic days per week.

• One 24-hour call day per week with OB Hospitalist support.

• Shared weekend call rotation of 1:4 (Friday and Saturday coverage).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $145,000.

• Productivity bonus of $26 per wRVU with no cap.

• $5,000 signing bonus.

• $3,500 annual CME and board certification allowance.

Qualifications

Required

• Certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).

• Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain.

• Minimum of two years of Certified Nurse Midwife experience.

• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations during pregnancy.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Clean malpractice history.

• Clean professional license history.
