Job description
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for a locum tenens opportunity in Texas. This is a weekday-only outpatient role with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, offering a strong work-life balance in a collaborative clinical setting.
Job Responsibilities
Independently manage patient care across prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages
Provide leadership and clinical support on Labor & Delivery as needed
Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs and the broader care team
Qualifications
Current RN and APRN licenses in Texas
BLS and NRP certifications (required by start)
Minimum 2 years of intrapartum/postpartum experience preferred
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered, holistic care
Preferred: Certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation Consultation
Working Hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
No Call, Weekdays Only
