Rates: $85/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Consistent Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the Outpatient Clinic. This role has no scheduled call.

• Hybrid Responsibilities: Provide independent, full-scope outpatient midwifery care (OB/GYN services) while also offering day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including OB/GYNs, RNs, licensed clinical social workers, health coaches, and other specialists.

• Emergent Care: Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNs.

Requirements

• Certification: Active certification with AMCB (American Midwifery Certification Board) is REQUIRED.

• Licensure: Must hold a Current RN and APRN license in Tennessee (or an RN Compact license for the RN portion).

• Willing to License: The facility is willing to license qualified candidates.

• Skills: Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting is preferred.

• Certifications: BLS certification is required by the start date. NRP certification is preferred (but not required).

• Experience: Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice and value a holistic care approach.

Start Date

• The target start date is November 17, 2025, or as soon as credentialing is complete. The contract length is 13 weeks.
