Job description
We are seeking a full-time CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthesia care in a hospital-based surgical services setting in Troy, Alabama. The CRNA will be responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia services throughout the perioperative process, including pre-anesthesia assessment, anesthesia administration, airway management, patient monitoring, and post-anesthesia evaluation.
Compensation:
- W-2: $150–$175/hour
- 1099: $200+/hour
Job Responsibilities
Administer and manage anesthesia for surgical and procedural patients.
Perform induction, intubation, airway management, and emergence as appropriate.
Monitor patients and support vital and life-sustaining functions during anesthesia.
Perform post-anesthesia evaluations and provide appropriate follow-up care.
Provide pain-management consultation and related clinical support.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient confidentiality.
Follow professional, clinical, and patient-safety standards.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama with CRNA designation.
Current CRNA certification.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Previous CRNA experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to provide safe, effective anesthesia care.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
