We are working on a permanent CRNA search with a large, established anesthesia team serving two hospitals in Central Florida.
Highlights:
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options
- New graduates considered
- Compensation from approximately $220,000 to $240,000, based on experience
- PRN rate approximately $150 per hour
- Start bonus up to $45,000
- Annual retention bonus of $15,000 to $20,000
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- Flexible self-scheduling
- 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shift options
- No traditional overnight call
- One weekend shift per month
- Broad case mix, including cardiac, trauma, neuro, vascular, orthopedic, spine, ENT, GI, and general surgery
- No OB and no pediatrics
- 320 hours of PTO during years one through three
- 360 hours of PTO beginning in year four
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
Candidates must be NBCRNA-certified and hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Florida APRN license. Visa sponsorship is not available.
