This CRNA opportunity is ideal for providers who enjoy a strong orthopedic case mix in a predictable, weekday-only setting. The role is primarily focused on ortho cases, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule of four 10 hour shifs and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, offering excellent work–life balance.
The position is located in the western Philadelphia suburbs, an area known for its highly rated school districts, suburban neighborhoods, and easy access to major highways connecting to Center City Philadelphia, the Main Line, and surrounding counties. Providers enjoy a comfortable lifestyle with access to parks, dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation while avoiding the congestion of city living.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an $80,000 bonus, six weeks of PTO, full benefits, CME allowance, retirement contributions, and paid malpractice coverage.
