CRNA LOCUM TENENS OPPORTUNITY
Massachusetts | Multiple Hospital Campuses
Seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for ongoing coverage opportunities within a busy, collaborative anesthesia department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS- Active Massachusetts (MA) license REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA work experience
- CRNA certification required
- Board certification required
- Must be willing and able to work at BOTH primary hospital campuses in Worcester, MA
- Candidates must be flexible with working across multiple clinical locations
- Candidates interested in working exclusively at an ambulatory surgery center or endoscopy center will not be considered.
CRNAs are integrated members of the Anesthesia Care Team and work in a medically supervised practice alongside physicians.
Broad exposure to multiple surgical specialties, including:
- Transplant
- ENT
- Trauma
- Neurosurgery
- Cardiac / Heart
- Orthopedics
- General Surgery
- OB
Practice Details:
- Approximately 160 clinical providers across the anesthesia department
- Approximately 8–12 CRNAs working at a time
- No Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) in the practice
- CRNAs do not perform regional anesthesia; procedures are performed by physicians.
- No call requirements.
- 24/7 coverage opportunities
- Available shift lengths:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 16-hour shifts
- 24-hour shifts
- Primary coverage needs are 10-hour and 12-hour shifts.
