A growing hospital in Detroit's northwest suburbs is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its inpatient anesthesia care team. Flexible self-scheduling model and a generous sign-on bonus amid staffing expansion.
Highlights:
• Self-scheduling: 8, 10, 12, 16 or 24-hour shifts
• Patients of all ages and ASA classes
• Surgical, obstetric, medical and dental cases
• Collaborative hospital-based team
• Visa sponsorship available (H-1B and J-1)
Compensation & Benefits:

• $40,000 sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patients intra- and post-operatively
• Provide hospital-wide airway management
• Respond to anesthesia emergencies and take call
• Document in Epic
Qualifications
• Active Michigan RN license at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS
• Clean malpractice and license history
• DEA and Michigan CSR before start
• Must live within ~1 hour commute; not combined with another job
• Permanent role only – not open to locums
• H-1B and J-1 welcome
