A large health system's ambulatory surgery division in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a full-time CRNA. Provide anesthesia across a wide variety of cases in a fast-paced outpatient setting with excellent work-life balance.
Practice Environment:
• Wide case mix: total joints, sports medicine, orthopedics, plastics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy and general surgery
• Ambulatory division with 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians
• Occasional travel to other ambulatory sites
• Visa candidates welcome (H-1B and J-1)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on experience
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• 403(b) with 3.5% match

Job Responsibilities
• Administer general, regional and MAC anesthesia
• Monitor patients and manage anesthesia complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Care for all ages and ASA classes, including pediatrics
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed
Qualifications
• Active Michigan RN license at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS
• Clean malpractice and license history
• DEA and Michigan CSR before start
• Must live within ~1 hour commute; not combined with another job
• Permanent role only – not open to locums
• H-1B and J-1 welcome
