Job description
A community hospital in Southeast Michigan is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its anesthesiology team. Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of patient populations with flexible scheduling.
Highlights:
• Flexible shifts: 8, 10, 12, 16 or 24 hours
• Patients of all ages and ASA classes, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Surgical, obstetric, medical and dental cases
• Visa sponsorship available (H-1B and J-1)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on experience
• $40,000 sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and provide post-anesthesia follow-up
• Provide airway management throughout the hospital
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations
• Travel to other locations as needed
Qualifications
• Active Michigan RN license at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS
• Clean malpractice and license history
• DEA and Michigan CSR before start
• Must live within ~1 hour commute; not combined with another job
• Permanent role only – not open to locums
• H-1B and J-1 welcome
