This is a 204-bed hospital serving Halifax, Northampton and Warren counties in the north-central region of North Carolina, with a service area extending into southern Virginia. The facility offers a broad range of medical and surgical services, including a 24-hour emergency department, advanced diagnostics, and specialty and primary care, and is part of a growing 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system serving over 1.4 million people across eastern North Carolina.Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - AnesthesiologyJob Details:
- Provide anesthesia services as part of a surgical services program with approximately 270 surgical cases per month
- Procedures include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and endoscopies
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a rotating Friday schedule
- 4 weeks on / 1 week off schedule, providing approximately 10.5 weeks off per year
- Sick time included in addition to scheduled time off
- Shared call responsibilities
- Work alongside a team of experienced CRNAs with moonlighting opportunities available
- Integrated Electronic Health Record system (EPIC)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Current certification as a registered nurse anesthetist required
- Relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered
