Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
Job Details:
Locum CRNA position within a hospital-based anesthesiology departmentSchedule is 40 hours per week on an ongoing basis with weekend availability highly preferred
Supervised CRNA practice model
Patient population consists of adult and geriatric surgical patients
Perform general surgical cases in a Level III trauma setting
10 operating rooms supported by RNs and Surgical Techs
Local providers only with mileage reimbursement provided
Active Michigan license required and must be in hand at time of presentation with no exceptions
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
AANA membership highly preferred
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Clean malpractice and license history required with no exceptions
Minimum of 5 years of experience required
Prior locum experience highly preferred
Saturday and Sunday availability weekly highly preferred
Facility:
This hospital-based facility operates 10 active operating rooms and functions as a Level III trauma center, providing a broad range of surgical and anesthesia services to adult and geriatric patients. The anesthesiology team is supported by experienced RNs and Surgical Technologists, offering a collaborative and well-resourced environment. The facility is currently expanding its surgical capacity, creating strong demand for skilled anesthesia providers.
