Specialty: CRNA • Total Number of FTE's needed: 1 FTE • Pertinent Facility Information: Hospital - Level 1 Trauma Center
- Reason for Coverage: Locum backfills • Coverage Dates: January - Ongoing (as soon as credentialed) • Shift Schedule Options: 2 x 12-hour, 2 x 8-hour shifts (40 hour week) 12-hour, 14-hour and 16-hour shifts preferred *9:30 AM – 6 PM available **need to have flexibility to schedule at the site's discretion
Guaranteed Work Week = weekly number of hours worked minus 2 • Type of Patients/Cases: General, Ortho, ENT, Neuro - includes craniotomies, Level 1 Trauma, Thoracic, Cardiac-Open heart , Vascular, Urology, Transplants, EP, GI, Healthy Peds (10+ months, tongue ties/tonsils, etc) - must be able to do all of these cases
- Patients per Day/Volume: varies • EMR: Epic • Support Staff: MD • Care Team: 1:3 • APRN or RN: RN only state • Experience Required: 5+ years CRNA experience
REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum length of commitment: Full-time • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days • Temps Available? Need R&A on file + COI history during presentation; • Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS • State: PA license required to work; Will NOT accept an RN compact license; Will consider licensing for full-time availability or two part-time candidates who equal 1.0 FTE;
