Position Highlights
- 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling and call options
- Competitive compensation: $290,000+ annually for 0-3 years experience; $340,000+ for 3+ years experience
- Annual call stipend of $30,000 and a $10,000 retention incentive for a 3-year commitment
- Overtime pay of $200/hr for additional shifts on weekends and holidays
- Call schedule: 2-3 weekday shifts/month and 6 weekend shifts/year
- Level 3 Trauma Center, transitioning to Level 2
- Diverse case mix including Neuro, Ortho, General, GYN, Vascular, ENT, and more
- 7 weeks of paid time off in the first year, including CME
- $3,000 annual CME allowance and AANA dues covered
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- No state income tax
