Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts a week

Compensation: $274K Guaranteed + $25K Sign-On

Position Overview

A group is building anesthesia care teams at each of its hospitals and is adding two CRNAs in Kokomo. They have 6.5 anesthesiologists, with 1 anesthesiologist to 2 or 3 CRNAs. Both seats are new and come from growth. Neither one replaces someone who left.

Position Highlights

• Salary: $274,830.40, guaranteed
  

• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
  

• Productivity bonus: eligible for $4,000
  

• Schedule: four 10-hour shifts a week, self-scheduled with a lot of flexibility. Fridays are usually light and are typically the day off.
  

• No call, nights, weekends or holidays
  

• Hours over 40 paid at straight time
  

• Setting: inpatient and outpatient, Epic
  

• Start: ASAP
  

• New grads considered, experience preferred
  

Responsibilities

• A mix of solo attending cases and team cases. Medical direction is opt-in.
  

• Mondays and Tuesdays: full orthopedic schedules
  

• Wednesday through Friday: general surgery, endoscopy and pediatric dental
  

• Also neuro, head and spine, and regional cases. No cardiac, OB or thoracic.
  

• Stroke-certified hospital
  

Qualifications

• Board-certified CRNA
  

• Indiana license
  

• BLS and ACLS
  

• Able to get hospital privileges
  

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $274,830.40, guaranteed
  

• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
  

• Productivity bonus: eligible for $4,000
  

• $216 hours of PTO plus 40 hours of CME time
  

• $2,500 a year for CME, which also covers professional fees
