Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: January
- Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 7A - 3:30P with 30 min unpaid lunch
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time (5 x 8)
- Cases: Ortho (lots of ortho), Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental, and General
- Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS, PALs
- Model: Medical Direction 1:3
- Patient Population/Case Load: Peds & Adults / PPD: 6-15 depending on room assignment
- EMR: Epic
Licensing & Privileging:
- License: IMLC Accepted, PA License strongly preferred
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: normally 90 days but will look to expedite
