Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking an experienced CRNA for locums coverage in Clinton, North Carolina. This assignment includes scheduled daytime anesthesia coverage plus call responsibilities, with a broad surgical case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, C-sections, and ophthalmic/optometry-related procedures.

Assignment Details

• Coverage: March 29 – April 2, 2027

• Daily scheduled shifts

• Call coverage required

• Assigned and unassigned patients

• 15-minute call response time required

• Approximately 1,000 cases per quarter

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous, general, and regional anesthesia

• Provide anesthesia for surgical, obstetric, and procedural cases

• Evaluate and manage patients throughout the perioperative period

• Participate in call coverage

• Respond within 15 minutes when called

• Collaborate with the anesthesia team, surgeons, nursing staff, and procedural teams

• Complete timely clinical documentation

• Ophthalmic / optometry-related procedures

Procedures & Skills

• General anesthesia

• Intravenous anesthesia

• Regional anesthesia

Support & Technology

• Anesthesia team support

• Anesthesiologist coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Hospital-owned housing available during assignment

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification required

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

• Active North Carolina license required

• Current, unencumbered North Carolina RN license required

• Minimum 3 years of experience required

• BCLS required

• ACLS required

• PALS preferred

• Must be comfortable with scheduled shifts and call coverage

• Must meet a 15-minute call response time
