Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locums opportunity in Virginia, Minnesota. This is a full-time weekday position with no call, created to support a long-term permanent recruitment need.

Assignment Details

• Coverage begins December 7, 2026

• Ongoing need

• Monday–Friday coverage

• 5 days per week

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch

• No call

• Reason for coverage: Vacancy / long-term permanent search

• Epic EMR

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for scheduled surgical and procedural cases

• Complete appropriate pre-anesthetic evaluations

• Develop and implement anesthetic plans

• Manage patients throughout the perioperative period

• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia team members

• Complete timely clinical documentation

Support & Technology

• Level IV Trauma Center

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital-based anesthesia practice

Requirements

• Board Certified through NBCRNA required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia

• Master’s or Doctorate degree required

• Current Minnesota CRNA licensure or ability to obtain

• Current CPR certification required

• BCLS required

• ACLS required

• Candidates who have graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program and are awaiting initial certification may be considered per assignment criteria

• Hospital-based anesthesia practice

• Full-time weekday coverage

• No call

• Long-term coverage need while permanent recruitment is underway
