Required Cases: General surgery, endoscopy, pain managment, colorectal, plastics, urology, oncology, orthopedics, ophthamology, ear nose and throat, hand surgery, gastrointestional, and some trauma. High acuity and fast paced - no hearts.

Care Team or Independent: Care team
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
License required or willing to license: Willing to license while credentialing
