Position Overview
Join a highly respected anesthesia team at Essentia Health in Duluth, MN. We are seeking experienced CRNAs to provide anesthesia coverage across multiple facilities, including a Level I Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric facility. Providers will work in a medically directed practice alongside collegial anesthesiologists while caring for a diverse patient population.
This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and full travel support.

Amergis coordinates and books all travel arrangements
Requirements
Patient Volume & Workload
Average of 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per 8-hour shift
One-to-one patient care model
Diverse surgical caseload
Exposure to high-acuity cases at a Level I Trauma Center
EMR
Epic
Credentialing
Interview with Site Chief
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 45-120 days
Ad hoc and committee-based privileging process
Qualifications
BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Minnesota license preferred, but willing to license qualified candidates
Ability to work within a collaborative, medically directed model

Outpatient Endoscopy Center
Schedule
Monday-Friday
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
Optional weekend shifts (12s and 16s available)
No call required
40+ hours available weekly
