Clinical Role
RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified CRNA for an ongoing locums opportunity in Flint, Michigan. This hospital-based role offers 10- and 12-hour shifts with no call. CRNAs will work in a supervised model and provide anesthesia care for adult surgical patients. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Assignment Details

• Start: ASAP

• Ongoing need

• Hospital-based practice

• 2–3 shifts per week

• 10- and 12-hour shifts

• No call

• Adult patients only

• No pediatric cases

Position Highlights

• Supervised CRNA practice

• No call responsibilities

• Approximately 35 surgical cases per day across the department

• 16 operating rooms

• No pain management cases

• New graduates accepted

• Cerner EMR

• Local drive-in providers required

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adult surgical patients

• Work within a supervised anesthesia model

• Manage patients throughout the perioperative anesthesia process

• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams

• Complete appropriate clinical documentation

Support & Technology

• Supervised anesthesia model

• 16 operating rooms

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification required

• New graduates welcome

• Active Michigan license required

• No IMLC candidates accepted

• BLS required

• ACLS required

• Clean background required for quick credentialing

• No malpractice history accepted for expedited credentialing

• Local drive-in providers required with no exceptions

Credentialing

• Clean background and malpractice history required for quick credentialing

• Active Michigan license must already be in hand

• Local candidates only

Organization & Team

• Hospital-based Anesthesiology service
