The Role:
- Location: Albany, OR; Corvallis, OR; Lebanon, OR
- Assignment duration: 11/2/2026 - 4/19/2027
- Shift Type: 8-10 hour weekday OR shifts (Albany); 10 hour shifts (Corvallis)
- In House Call: No - call is from home
- Call Details: Weekday call is 12 hours starting at 1500. Weekend call: Friday at 1500 through Monday at 0700. Call-back volume is low; most nights not working past 9pm, with occasional callbacks for epidurals.
- Cases: Pediatric and Adult - No Neonatal. General, Sedation, Vent Management, Surgical Cases, Obstetrical Cases, Vascular Surgery Cases, Orthopedic Cases, Spinal Block, Epidural, Nerve Block, Intravenous Regional Anesthesia, Arterial Line, Central Line, Regional Anesthesia. GI room volume can be higher (up to ~10).
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Number of Anesthesia Rooms: Corvallis 13; Albany 6; Lebanon 2
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No - CRNAs practice in an independent model
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: Varies day to day
- Minimum experience: 1 year of CRNA experience required
- Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes - OR license preferred but not required
- Must be willing to obtain CSR
