Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday
Shift Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: None

Job Responsibilities
- Provide bread-and-butter anesthesia services for pediatric and adult patients.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 15–30 patients.
- Must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients.
- No cardiac, neurological, or obstetric cases.
- Document patient care using Epic EMR.
Pay on 1099:
Orientation:$100/hr (No patient contact)
Hourly Pay: $260 (All inclusive)
OT: $280/hr
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina (SC) license required.
- NBCRNA certification required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Clean background required. If there are any background concerns, first- and third-party statements must be included with submission.
- Flu, MMR, and Varicella vaccinations required; waivers are accepted.
- No DEA or CSR required.
- Credentialing Timeline
Approximately 90–120 days with an active SC license, potentially sooner due to the urgent backfill need.
