- Schedule: Looking for 2-3 (10 &12hr shifts) a week
- Call schedule: none
- CERNER
- CRNA will be supervised
- Average number of surgical cases/day: 35
- Average number of pain management cases: 0
- Number of operating rooms: 16
- No peds
Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED
- MI License: [REQUIRED], no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
- NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome) - [REQUIRED]
- BLS, and ACLS - [REQUIRED]
- Providers must have Clean Background/No Malpractice for quick credentialing - [REQUIRED]
- Local (drive-in) providers - [REQUIRED], no exceptions
