🔥 CRNA – Ohio | $235K+ Salary + $60K Bonus or $100K Loan Repayment (DR)

Position Overview

An excellent opportunity is available for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an established anesthesia team in Lima, Ohio. This position offers a high degree of clinical autonomy, a diverse surgical case mix, flexible scheduling, and an attractive compensation and benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $235,000+, depending on experience

• $60,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment OR up to $100,000 in student loan repayment with a 5-year commitment

• Premium overtime rate of $185 per hour

• 280 hours of paid time off annually

Practice Highlights

• Independent CRNA practice model with significant clinical autonomy

• Approximately 1 anesthesiologist for every 8–10 CRNAs

• Established team of 7 CRNAs, with plans to add 2 additional providers

• Robust regional and nerve block anesthesia program

• Level II Trauma Center

• Diverse surgical case mix, including:

  • General surgery

  • Orthopedics

  • Neurosurgery

  • Obstetrics

  • Cardiac cases

  • Trauma

  • ENT

Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.

Call & Cardiac Opportunities

• Cardiac-trained CRNAs may participate in cardiac call

• 24-hour in-house call

• Call hours count toward the 80-hour pay period

• Additional overtime earning potential based on the call structure

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Active Ohio license or eligibility for Ohio licensure

• Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases

• Cardiac anesthesia experience or training preferred for cardiac call participation

• Ability to work in an autonomous CRNA practice model

• Comfort with trauma and diverse surgical cases
