Worksite City & State: Saint Louis, MO
ASAP start
End Date: 6 months from start date
Work Schedule: Friday 7a-7p, Saturday 7a-7p, Sunday 7a-3p (2x12s and 1x8; shift times could vary from time to time). 3 shifts per week (weekends only).
Call: No Call (Scheduled coverage only)
Case Types: General surgery, ortho, neuro, trauma, OB, cardiac. Must have Level I Trauma experience – no exceptions.
Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? Spinals are a yes, everything else will be a bonus. (Details not explicitly mentioned, but OB, Ortho, and Trauma are required case types).
Ages of patients? Adult+
Anesthesia Model: Medically Directed / Care Team (Support staff includes surgeons, Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and perioperative staff).
New Grads acceptable? No. Minimum 1 year required (2 years preferred). Must have Level I trauma experience .
EMR: Epic (Required)
Active CO License needed: Requires an active MO license. Facility is NOT willing to wait for licensure.
Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 90 days for full privileges.
Can you grant Temp Privileges and the turnaround time for this? Yes, can grant temps with clean providers to make start date.
Decision-Making Process: Send full presentation for name clear. Expect submittal feedback to be slower (around a business week or so) because the director works clinically most days.
Hourly Pay Rate: $220/hr (Overtime is 1.3x after 40 hours) + T&L
