ANESTHESIA NEEDS: 4x8 days Tues-Fri desired
SITE DETAILS:
Start: ASAP
Cross Credentialing: Baylor Surgicare at Fort Worth; TX Health Chisolm Trail Surgery Center
Credentialing timeline: 90 days (will request temps for shorter timeline)
T&E: Local preferred
Supervision Model
Types of cases: ortho, general, Gyn pain urology
EMR: Cerner and paper
QUALIFICATIONS:
Resume
Schedule request and call availability (if applicable)
Okay with cross credentialing? (if applicable)
RTO
Tentative start date
Travel/expenses (if applicable)
BLS, ACLS, PALS
Board Certified
Competitive Pay
Possible travel reimbursement
