Designed for advanced practice nurse anesthetists seeking high control over their work schedule, this per diem framework offers complete calendar autonomy—requiring as little as one shift every three months—paired with comprehensive malpractice coverage and W2 employee standing.

The Practice Experience

Join an expansive, clinician-led medical group comprising over 1,800 healthcare providers delivering comprehensive intraoperative anesthesia across regional hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

• Clinical Scope: Deliver advanced general anesthesia management across diverse surgical specialties and clinical settings:

  • Provide perioperative care across multiple major health campuses, including Virtua Voorhees, Virtua Marlton, Virtua Mount Holly, Virtua Willingboro, and Our Lady of Lourdes (Camden)

  • Manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) across broad inpatient and ambulatory surgical suites

  • Collaborate with multi-specialty surgical teams, attending anesthesiologists, and perioperative nursing staff

  • Opportunity to practice across all network campuses or select specific locations based on personal preference

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking an adaptable, clinically thorough CRNA committed to patient safety and intraoperative excellence.

• Credentials & Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered New Jersey State Advanced Practice Nurse License.

• Clinical Competencies: Proven experience administering general and regional anesthesia across inpatient and outpatient surgical environments.
