COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

💵 Base Salary: $235,000+ (based on experience)
🎉 $60,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
🎓 OR up to $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment with a 5-year commitment

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT

🤝 Approximately 1 anesthesiologist for every 8–10 CRNAs

🚑 Level II Trauma Center

🔬 DIVERSE CASE MIX Gain experience across a broad range of specialties, including:

✅ Obstetrics (OB)
✅ Cardiac Cases
✅ Trauma

📌 Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 🎓 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• 📋 Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• 🩺 Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases
• 💓 Cardiac anesthesia experience preferred for cardiac call participation
• 🤝 Comfortable with an autonomous practice model
• 🚨 Willingness to participate in 24-hour in-house call, as applicable
