- Case Volume: Approximately 10-15 cases per day
- Coverage Needs - 10/19, 10/28/ 10/30; 11/2, 11/3, 11/4
- Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- EMR/Documentation System: Provation Apex
- Requirements: CRNA Certification, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, Minimum 3 years of experience
