Job description
Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
6-month contract (26 weeks) with full-time availability requiredSchedule is 5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday, with Monday and Friday shifts as high priority
Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
No consecutive days; must be flexible with scheduling
Providers must be able to float between locations, with the main site being the primary location
Approximately 4 to 5 shifts per month with 60+ cases per day
Anesthesiology department featuring 20 operating rooms covering general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases
5 non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) locations including IR, EP, ENDO, and MRI
Patient population includes all age groups
EMR system: EPIC; special equipment includes Drager anesthesia machine and Philips monitoring
Preferred skills include hearts/vascular, neuro, and pediatrics (hearts and lungs not required)
Board certification as a CRNA required
Active North Carolina state license required
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience required; no new graduates
ACLS and PALS certifications required
