Anesthesiology Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Potsdam, New York

• Schedule: Option 1: Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with no daytime coverage, selecting 3 nights between Monday and Thursday. Option 2: Day Shift + Overnight Call, working 8-hour daytime shifts with overnight call, allowing post-call days off.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, focusing on obstetric anesthesia, epidurals, and general anesthesia.
• Schedule surgeries and perform other duties as assigned.
• May involve supervision of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
• Maintain and deliver high-quality patient-focused care in a critical access setting.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Valid New York medical license
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
• Rural healthcare experience preferred

Working Hours

• Option 1: Three 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Option 2: 8-hour day shifts with overnight home call, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM call.
