Hourly Rate $230/hour
Overtime Bill Rate $250/hour
Holiday Bill Rate $250/hour
24-Hour Call $985/day
Night Call $760/shift

Schedule
6 Overnight Call Shifts Within a 2-Week Period
Option 1 – Overnight Shifts
Three Consecutive 12-Hour Overnight Shifts
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
Provider May Select 3 Nights Between Monday-Thursday
No Daytime Coverage Required
Option 2 – Day Shift + Overnight Call
Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Home Call: 3:00 PM-7:00 AM
Work Days: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Post-Call Days Off: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Approximately 10-15 Patients
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Inpatient Anesthesia Coverage
Provide General Anesthesia
Provide OB Anesthesia Coverage
Perform and Manage Epidurals
Provide Anesthesia for Scheduled Surgical Cases
Provide Overnight Anesthesia Coverage
May Provide CRNA Supervision
Perform Additional Anesthesia Duties as Assigned
Must Be Comfortable Practicing in a Rural Setting

Active New York License in Hand - Required
BLS - Required
ACLS - Required
PALS - Required
Certifications Must Be AHA or RQI as Applicable

Credentialing / Submission Requirements
Agency-Branded CV Required at Submission
Current and Complete Work History Required
No Unexplained Work History Gaps of 30 Days or More
Physician Statement Required for Any Malpractice History, Including Dismissed Cases
