Full-time CRNA needed for immediate, ongoing coverage until a permanent provider is hired. Full-time availability across Lebanon and Rolla is required; part-time candidates are not being considered. $245/hour plus travel and lodging. No stipends or guaranteed daily hours.

Job Responsibilities

Provide solo anesthesia care for general surgery, endoscopy, OB, ENT, podiatry, and cataract cases. Must be able to perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals. Regional blocks, epidurals, and central line experience are preferred. No neuro or cardiac cases. Pediatric ENT cases may be possible.

Qualifications

Active Missouri license or IMLC required. Experience requirements to be confirmed. Credentialing timeline and temporary privileges are also to be confirmed.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Typically assigned to one location per day; occasional split days may occur. Overtime applies after the scheduled shift.

Call is at the hospital only: approximately one weekday per week and one weekend per month. Weekday call is generally 3:00 or 5:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; weekend coverage runs Friday afternoon through Monday at 7:00 a.m., including 24-hour call Saturday and Sunday. No call at the ASC.
