Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time locum tenens assignment at a well-established acute care hospital and affiliated ambulatory surgery center in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a flexible daytime schedule with a variety of shift lengths and the support of a collaborative anesthesia team.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $210.00/hour
- Travel and lodging provided, if applicable
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
Position Details

- Practice Setting: Primarily hospital-based with credentialing for both hospital and surgery center
- Coverage Needed: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Schedule
- Day shifts only
- Flexible scheduling with:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
Clinical Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia services for pediatric and adult patients
- Provide care across a variety of surgical specialties
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia technicians
- Ensure adherence to quality and patient safety standards
- Document patient care utilizing EPIC EMR
Practice Environment
- 274-bed acute care hospital
- Ambulatory Surgery Center coverage available as needed
- CRNAs are medically directed by anesthesiologists
- Dedicated anesthesia technician support
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Average patient volume of 5–10 cases per day
- Care provided to both pediatric and adult patient populations
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Board Certified
- Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively within a medically directed anesthesia model
