We are looking for 2–3 full-time CRNAs to provide coverage in Syracuse, NY across the hospital ORs, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
Position Details

🏥 Hospital OR, Endoscopy, Cardiac Lab & ASC
👥 Adult, Geriatric & 16+ patients
💻 Epic EMR
🚫 No CRNA call required
🩺 Supervised practice with independent functioning expected
👨⚕️ MD supervision: 1:4 ratio; 1:2 for cardiac
🏥 Level II Trauma
🏨 15 Main ORs + 4 ASC rooms
🔹 Blocks are not required
Schedule

One CRNA in-house for evenings, nights & weekends

No individual CRNA call requirement

Supervision available, but CRNAs must be comfortable functioning independently
Overtime: Paid after the scheduled 7:00 AM–5:30 PM shift, not after 40 hours worked. A CRNA may work 50 hours in a week at the regular rate, with overtime applying to hours worked after 5:30 PM each day.
Requirements
✔️ NBCRNA certification
✔️ Active New York State license
✔️ Ability to function independently in a supervised environment
