The Practice Experience

Join a collaborative, high-functioning surgical services team delivering comprehensive anesthesia care across both inpatient and outpatient operating suites.

• Clinical Scope: Provide full-scope intraoperative anesthesia care across a dynamic case mix:

  • Administer general and regional anesthesia for General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, Cataract, and Endoscopy cases

  • Perform spinal anesthesia and related airway/analgesic protocols (spinal proficiency strongly preferred)

  • Streamline perioperative documentation and order entry using Epic EMR

• Schedule & Lifestyle Advantage: Standard daytime schedule (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) providing consistent 8-hour shifts.

• Zero Call Burden: Complete off-shift disconnect with no night or weekend call requirements.

• Assignment Duration: Commences with dedicated orientation/proctoring on November 2, 2026, to ensure a seamless clinical transition.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking a highly competent, patient-focused CRNA dedicated to intraoperative excellence and patient safety.

• Credentials & Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia; active NBCRNA certification.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Michigan State Nurse Practitioner/APRN License required.

• Life Support Credentials: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• Experience & Case Volume: Minimum of 1 year of active clinical practice experience; verified case logs demonstrating at least 75 cases within the past 12 months.
