- Seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time 3-month locum tenens assignment, with a strong likelihood of extension
• Candidate must be able to work independently as a CRNA
• Primary work location is in Florence, SC, with cross-credentialing required at sister sites in the Black River/Marion area
• CRNAs must be experienced and willing to work as a CRNA only to support scheduling needs at the Black River/Marion sites
• The provider will not be required to work at two sites on the same day
• Must be flexible to work either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts based on scheduling needs
• 12-hour shifts are not available at this time
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Credentialing timeline is approximately 90 days
• Candidates with an active South Carolina license may apply through the Nurse Licensure Compact, where applicable
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered anesthesia care
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Support scheduling needs at cross-credentialed sister locations when required
• Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards
• Complete required hospital modules and Epic personalization
Qualifications
• Must have experience working independently as a CRNA
• Active South Carolina license or eligibility through the Nurse Licensure Compact
• Previous hospital-based anesthesia experience required
• Must be willing to obtain cross-credentialing for the Black River/Marion sister sites
• Must be flexible to work 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Must be willing to work as a CRNA only at the Black River/Marion locations when scheduled
• Must be available for the full 3-month assignment
• Must be willing to complete approximately 90 days of credentialing
• Must complete required hospital modules and Epic personalization
Working Hours
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Work week: Sunday through Saturday
• Shifts may be 8 or 10 hours, depending on scheduling needs
• 12-hour shifts are not an option
• Providers will not be scheduled to work at two sites on the same day
• Assignment duration: 3 months, with likelihood of extension
