Exciting CRNA Locums in Crosby, Minnesota!! This one will go QUICK!!!
Location: Beautiful city in MN, just outside of Brainerd and Baxter
Rates:
$250/hr excluding travel and lodging!!
To apply for this job must give us an address 2 hours away from (Crosby)! Minneapolis Candidates are okay.

Hospital Beds: 100
Shift hours: 8, 10, 12
6:30am – 2:30pm (M-F) – 8 hr. shift 2 (OR/OB/ENDO)
6:30am – 4:30pm (M-F) – 10 hr. shift 3 (OR/OB/ENDO)
6:30am – 6:30pm (M-F) – 12 hr. shift 2 (2-OR)
On call schedule: 4:30pm - 6:30 a.m, Sat/Sun 6:30 am - 6:30 am

No Trauma
Cases required: OB, Peds, Ortho, General Surg, Gi, Opth, Pod, Uro, Interventional Spine

Need 12 month of case logs for credentialing
Cred time frame: 30 days!
Emergency and Temp privileges also available
Priority is given to those can cover atleast 7-10 shifts a month with call. Full time Locums will be preferred!!
