Location: Beautiful city in MN, just outside of Brainerd and Baxter

Rates:

$250/hr excluding travel and lodging!!

The call schedule is 4:30pm -6:30am (M-F) and Sat/Sun 6:30am-6:30am

Rates offered to providers:

Hourly rates are $250

the rates for the week day on call is $400 for the 14 hours at night, and the Weekend 24 hour call would be $720

Call back is $250/hr

Priority will be given to those who can do Call as well

6:30am – 2:30pm (M-F) – 8 hr. shift 2 (OR/OB/ENDO)

6:30am – 4:30pm (M-F) – 10 hr. shift 3 (OR/OB/ENDO)

6:30am – 6:30pm (M-F) – 12 hr. shift 2 (2-OR)

On call schedule: 4:30pm - 6:30 a.m, Sat/Sun 6:30 am - 6:30 am

Need 12 month of case logs for credentialing

Cred time frame: 30 days!

Emergency and Temp privileges also available

Priority is given to those can cover atleast 7-10 shifts a month with call. Full time Locums will be preferred!!
