Step into a premier regional health system in Clare. We are expanding our surgical services team and seeking an accomplished Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a six-month engagement with high potential for ongoing extension.

The Practice Experience

Join an established, team-based anesthesia care model alongside dedicated supervising Anesthesiologists (MDAs), delivering comprehensive care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Advanced Clinical Scope: Exercise full procedural skill within a 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient practice setting:

  • Administer general and regional anesthesia across a broad surgical mix, including General Surgery, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, Thoracic, and Healthy Pediatrics

  • Execute core procedural skills, including spinals, epidurals, arterial line placements, and central/venous catheterizations

  • Perform regional block techniques (preferred but not required)

  • Streamline intraoperative documentation via Epic EMR

• Schedule & Lifestyle Advantage: Full-time schedule with 40 guaranteed weekly hours.

• Optional Call Burden: Call coverage is completely optional, allowing you to tailor your schedule for ideal work-life balance or extra earning potential.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable CRNA dedicated to clinical precision and patient safety.

• Credentials & Education: Master’s degree from an accredited program; active NBCRNA certification.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Michigan State CRNA/RN License.

• Certifications: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials required.

• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active practice experience, with documented case logs showing at least 75 cases in the past 12 months.

• Procedural Proficiency: Verified competency in spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, and central/venous lines.
